Great customer service! Reached out to them because I wasn’t happy with the cracked ice effect interfering with the visibility of image on card. They promptly sent me out a new card without effects. Which is very much appreciated. I just wish the card would fit into standard PSA sized card display stands. But since the card case is bigger in thickness it does not.

Very nice product. Only 'negative' was the appearance of the optional refelctive surface as it interferes with visibility of the picture.
