At AllStarArtifacts.com, we work hard to create and deliver your sports trading cards quickly and safely.

Order Processing Time
- Custom Card Orders (Standard): Most custom cards ship within 48 hours if ordered Monday through Friday.
- Weekend Orders: If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship within 72 hours (by Wednesday at the latest).
- Rush Card Creation: If you select and pay for Rush Card Creation at checkout, your order will be prioritized and ship within 24-36 hours (Monday–Friday orders only).
Processing time refers to the time it takes to create and prepare your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times:
- Ground Shipping: Typically 4–6 business days within the continental U.S.
- Priority Shipping: Typically 3–4 business days within the continental
- Priority Express: Typically 2 business days within the continental

Rush Card Creation does not include expedited shipping — you may choose a faster shipping method at checkout.

Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
