   • Standard Trading Cards: We also sell pre-made sports cards and memorabilia.

3. Custom Artwork & Image Rights

   By uploading content for a custom card, you represent and warrant that:

   • You own or have permission to use all images, names, logos, or other materials submitted.
   • The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.
   • We reserve the right to reject any order containing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

   • Processing time for custom cards may be longer than standard cards.
   • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Payment

   All prices are in USD and must be paid in full at checkout. We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout.

6. Refunds & Returns

   • Custom Cards: Non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
   • Standard Cards: Returns accepted within 14 days in unused, original condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

   We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.

8. Intellectual Property

   All designs, logos, and website content are the property of AllStarArtifacts.com and cannot be used without written permission.
