Eligibility for Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund for the full product amount (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements
- The item must be returned to us in its original condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Custom Products
- While custom trading cards are made to order, we still want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your custom card for a full product refund (excluding shipping and handling) as long as it is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at support@AllStarartifacts.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund:
- Email us at support@AllStarartifacts.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- We will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
